This policy explains what information SEI collects, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the platform: your account details, your campaign orders, your payment references, and (for ambassadors) your referral and payout details.
Account information
Email, full name, phone number, university and campus collected at signup and through your profile.
Order information
Campaigns you join, quantities, total amounts, savings, delivery preferences and status history.
Payment reference information
We store the Paystack reference, amount, currency and verification response. We do not store card numbers, PINs or bank passwords.
Ambassador / referral information
For ambassadors we store the referral code, referred user IDs, commission records and withdrawal bank details (bank name, account name, account number).
How we use data
To create and fulfil orders, run bulk-buy campaigns, verify payments, calculate commissions, process withdrawals, prevent fraud, and provide support.
How we protect data
Data is stored in a managed backend with row-level security so users can only see their own records. Server-side checks protect sensitive actions such as payments, refunds and withdrawals.
Who can access data
You can access your own data through the app. Admin staff can access data needed to operate the platform and handle support. We do not sell personal data.
Data retention
We retain account, order, payment and ambassador records as long as needed for operations, support, and basic financial record-keeping.
Your rights
You can update your profile, request a copy of your data, or ask us to remove personal information that is not required for active orders or finance records.
