  • How do bulk-buy campaigns work?

    Each campaign sets a target quantity. Students join by placing an order and paying. Once the target is reached and the campaign closes, SEI orders from the supplier and arranges pickup or delivery.

  • How do I pay for an order?

    After you join a campaign, open the order and tap Pay. You'll be redirected to Paystack to complete payment. Your order is only confirmed after the payment is verified on our server.

  • What if my payment fails?

    Failed payments do not consume your order — you can simply retry from the order page. If the amount was debited but not confirmed, contact support with the order ID.

  • When do I get a refund?

    Refunds apply mainly when a campaign is cancelled or fails. For other cases, contact support with your order ID. See the Refund Policy for details.

  • How does the ambassador program work?

    Apply from the Ambassador page. After admin approval you'll get a referral code. You earn commission when a referred student completes an eligible paid and delivered order.

  • When can I withdraw my commission?

    Once your available balance is at least ₦2,000 you can request a withdrawal. Admin reviews and marks it paid after the transfer is sent.
